At KM Design, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the custom and seasonal nature of our items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a defect. Please review our return policy below for more details:
Defective or Damaged Items
1. Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, it must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. To report an issue, please contact us.
2. Required Information: When reporting a defective or damaged item, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- A description of the defect or damage
- Photos of the defective or damaged item
3. Resolution: Upon receiving your report, our team will review the information and photos provided. If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement of the defective or damaged item
- A full refund
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items that are not defective or damaged. This policy is due to the custom and seasonal nature of our products.
